PROCUREMENT VEHICLES

MCN Solutions, LLC is on the following Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a subcontractor teammate where the Government places delivery orders (for supplies) or task orders (for services) against a basic contract for individual requirements.

The Government uses an IDIQ contract when it cannot predetermine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities of supplies or services that the Government will require during the contract period. The legal origin of IDIQ contracts comes from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), section 16.501 (a).

ENCORE II allows for a multitude of IT services and operates by either centralized or decentralized ordering.
